What is the cost of shipping?
We offer FREE shipping on all orders.

Can I change/cancel an order?
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it. If you have any issues after placing your order, please contact us immediately at theswissworld@gmail.com

Which payment options do you offer?
We accept Rupay,Visa, MasterCard,American Express,Maestro,Discover and PayPal.

Why have I not received an order confirmation?
Always be sure that your email address is correct as an incorrect email address is the most common reason for not receiving an order confirmation. It may also be that your email provider has a SPAM filter that blocks certain emails. As such, please kindly check your Spam/Junk folder to see if our emails have ended up there. If you are still unable to find it, please contact customer service to check that your order has gone through.

How long does delivery take?
Orders normally take between 3-5 days to arrive. Do bear in mind that processing time takes 1-2 days, and must be added to the shipping times to get the total time taken to receive your order.

Can I return an item?
Yes, absolutely! For more information, please do check out our return policy page by clicking on the 'Return Policy' link at the bottom of any page.

What happens if I receive my order and the item is broken?
If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us by email within the first 48 hours of receipt to rectify the situation.
